12 Qualities Needed to Reinvent Yourself Even When You’re Confused About Who You Were to Begin With

If you could write a letter to your younger self, what would you say? What insights and lessons would you give yourself to make the journey to now even better?  What about a letter to your future self? What impact and transformation will you have made in five, ten, twenty years from now? How will you celebrate your achievements?  The gap between the past and the future is what you do NOW…

This is where most people get stuck.

You know where you want to go, the person you want and need to be – but how will you get there?

Think of the most successful person you know (maybe they’re a friend in your head). What qualities do they possess that you admire? What makes them different from you?

I would say that it comes down to a sense of purpose. And it’s not by chance that they’ve found it.

Successful people put in the work to become who they want to be.

While there’s no magic pill to success, I strongly believe that there is a formula for success.

Success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal or ideal.

– Earl Nightingale

The first thing you must do is know who you are (Self Awareness). Next, you must have in mind where you want to go (Goals). Finally, you must establish a plan to get there (Roadmap).

Self Awareness + Goals + Road map = Key to Success

When you are feeling stuck in your life – unsure of your purpose – it is often because one or more of these factors are missing.

Most often, the factor missing is Self Awareness.

There are common qualities that most successful people will tell you are necessary.
