Trauma detaches us from ourselves – even our bodies become a danger zone rather than a haven. Unprocessed trauma is harmful to the mind, body, and spirit. It impacts, whether consciously or subconsciously, every aspect of life.
To cope, we often mask our trauma with personalities and decisions that make us feel “safe”.
Some masks are apparent; others are covert and keep us living small. We cannot fully experience all that life has to offer because deep down, we feel undeserving.

Trauma Healing is designed to help you soothe core (subconscious) wounds, connect to the present and embrace future possibilities. Connect with what resonates with you culturally, emotionally, mentally, and physically. Creative expression, mindful movement, breathing techniques, gentle affirmations, and various therapeutic techniques to express trauma, relieving your mind, body, and spirit.
This allows you to gain more control over your present circumstances while choosing who you want to be.
What Trauma Healing is NOT
Trauma Healing is NOT the following: Psychotherapy (talk therapy); Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT).
We believe that traumatic experiences should be expressed with safety and autonomy, not analyzed, modified, or pathologized.
