But they all have one thing in common: they keep us living small. Deep down, we may feel undeserving of life’s fullness and joy.

What Trauma Recovery is NOT


This is not psychotherapy (talk therapy), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT).

While these therapies can be valuable, Trauma Recovery offers a different path—one that centers on safety, autonomy, and self-leadership. By focusing on the patterns you can change—your thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses—you can move forward with peace of mind, clarity, and confidence.
