With an intuitive mindset and a passion for storytelling, LaQuita leads our team in crafting engaging workshops and coaching pathways. Her knack for strength finding and creative ideas inspires us all.
In the midst of divorce and grief, LaQuita summoned her inner strength and poured her heart and soul into writing. Her unequivocal truth inspired readers to join her on the journey to recovery. Taking a leap of faith, she pivoted careers and launched a professional coaching business. Since 2018, LaQuita has supported personal and professional development across the country.
Taking her message of triumph and holistic living to the masses, LaQuita joined the Leadership Experience Tour in 2023, becoming an International Speaker. As a Certified Neurolinguistic Programming practitioner and CDC® Divorce, Transition, and Recovery coach, and Multiple Sclerosis advocate she believes in the brain trifecta (physical, emotional, and mental) for optimal wellbeing. Failure to give attention to each of these areas of daily living is the root cause of fragmented relationships, imposter syndrome, anxiety, and dis-ease.
